Jose Ramirez Death, Obituary: Jose Ramirez dies in Lantana motorcycle accident on Friday

On Friday, Jose Ramirez died when an SUV collided with his motorcycle in Lantana.

Ramirez, 26, was colliding with a Chevy Trailblazer driven by a 69-year-old woman on Dixie Highway while pedalling a Honda Supers Sport southbound, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO).

According to investigators, the SUV’s driver attempted to make a left turn despite the presence of a “No Left Turn” signal. This was due to an approaching train. The Trailblazer collided with Ramirez, which led to the collision. Regrettably, Ramirez was declared deceased at the scene.

Candice Bond, an accomplished accident attorney, contends that the majority of motorcycle accidents are avoidable and frequently result from the negligence of passenger vehicle drivers.

In the United States, approximately 6,000 motorcyclists are slain each year, according to the National Safety Council (NSC). In thirty-five percent of vehicle-versus-motorcycle collisions, the motorist neglected to yield the right of way to a motorcyclist.

Bond observed that in situations like this, it is essential to have an independent investigation into the incident conducted by a seasoned lawyer to safeguard the rights of the victim’s family.

Bond asserted that motorcycle riders are “arguably the most vulnerable motorists on the road,” and that numerous variables can contribute to fatal accidents.

These collisions are frequently the result of inexperienced drivers, blind regions, and distracted motorists.

The grieving family of the victim is meticulously guided through the legal process, and the best interests of the family are vigorously protected by an attorney who has the resources to hire expert witnesses, conduct drivers’ background checks, locate witnesses to the collision, and review applicable insurance coverage.
